I got one of these factory "fire sale" specials. It was a good price. I had a 73 750GT before. This had a very nice quiet, smooth motor but not the torque of the 750. Also, it was very wiggly. Wobbles set in at 95mph so I never got it to top speed, even though I had it on the track at Mosport. I liked the unorthodox styling and mine was the gun-metal gray colour. I rode it for about 8 years actually. The Cagiva Allazura was an attempt to address the stability and lack of low range torque in this model.
