| If a SEARCH is not practical, perhaps a "direct access" to a chosen page number. When the system says there are 117 pages, I could guess my interest might be at about page 44. Then, once I got there, I could re-adjust my guess, and try looking at 39. BINGO! A heck of a lot quicker, and more inviting of exploration. |

Hey, great looking site, with a lot of cool options. I really like the Gallery, where folks can show off what your site allowed them to do. A couple small suggestions for that Gallery, tho --- #1. It could be really cool to search for entries, just as you do for blueprints. Can you specify, for example, "Citroen" cars? The best I could do was sort by project title, and then laboriously page through about a gazillion projects that weren't what I was looking for. You have so MANY cool projects there, but that means a whole lot of them will be 'lost in the middle', no matter how the user sorts. Giving a SEARCH ability would be worth a LOT. #2. On the Gallery pages, does the blank area at the top of the page really ad something? If that were reduced, you could show a lot more projects, without the user having to 'page-down' in his browser. Maybe eliminate most of what shows above project images, and replace it with a few links to critical parts of the site, for when a user is done looking at the Gallery. Just my 2 cents worth. I worked on the F-117A from 1984-1988 at Tonapha Test Range. what is the largest scale drawings that you put out. and it's cost $ I also worked on the F-16's all models A/B, C/D and C/G Admin edit: you can buy the vector drawings for this particular aircraft. They can be scaled to _any_ side without any loss of quality. |
